wiederver�ffentlichung des erstklassigen albums von 1977 im originalcover und mit ausf�hrlichen liner notes. horace andy hat sich von seinem ersten album an (skylarking f�r studio one 1969) �ber die 70er & 80er jahre hinweg (mit gro§en erfolgen u.a. f�r bunny lee und bullwackie), bis zu seinen gastbeitr�gen bei den f�nf massive attack alben (1991 bis 2010) einen ehrenplatz in der genre�bergreifenden musikhistorie erworben. in the light geh�rt zu den besten reggae longplayern der 70er jahre und ist nun wieder erh�ltlich. die musik wurde von kevin metcalfe remastered, und f�r die cd wurden die zehn songs der erstver�ffentlichung mit den zehn dazugeh�rigen dub-versionen von prince jammy erg�nzt. die beiden original lps in the light und in the light dub wurden auch als individuelle vinyl-editionen neu aufgelegt!

north / south / east / west is a collaborative art and music project between photographer shaun bloodworth, designer stuart hammersley (give up art) and bleep.com, focusing on the music of four different regions of the world Ñ north and south uk and east and west coast usa. the project aims to showcase their pick of a handful of labels, artists and club nights from each.
the final product is a limited edition, deluxe package, designed by giveup art. with only 500 editions printed and compromising 14 high quality photo-prints and a 12 track cd (9 of which are exclusive) Ð all of which will be beautifully enclosed in a special, custom made package.
